Pricing FAQ.
Do you charge per vendor line or per partner tenant?
No. The platform fee is set by your band (partner count + vendor feed count). Lines, tenants, and transactions inside your band are not metered.
Is onboarding really included?
Yes. The fee covers a named onboarding lead, vendor feed setup, ledger migration, historical reconciliation of one period, and operator training. No hidden professional-services bill.
What if I exceed my partner band?
We'll notify you when you approach the cap and talk about moving to the next band. No overage charges without agreement.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Yes — 10% on Launch and Grow for annual prepayment, but we still operate on a monthly rolling basis. You don't have to commit to a multi-year term to get fair pricing.
Can we start on Launch and move up?
Absolutely. Moving from Launch to Grow is a change order, not a re-implementation. We size up with you.
What about NZ and SG distributors?
Pricing is quoted in AUD but usable from NZ or SG. For regional data residency requirements, Scale has a private-tenant option.
