What a good walk-through looks like
Bring one recent vendor invoice (any of Microsoft, AWS, Google, security, backup), and a month of your priced ledger as CSV. We'll run the reconciliation against your data, live, in the call. Most distributors find leakage they didn't know was there within the first 15 minutes. If we don't, we'll tell you that too.
